Log in to Your Account

If you have already created an account and want to log in, open your internet browser and go to the Saal Digital website.
Please note: You cannot log in to the Photo Portal from the desktop software, only from the website.

Once on the website, click on the account icon in the top right corner (sometimes displayed as an icon with a person). Enter the email address you registered with and your password, then click Sign in.

If you have already activated two-factor authentication, enter the code displayed in your authenticator app. This provides an additional layer of security and helps protect your account even if your password is compromised. For more information, see the Enable two‑factor authentication article.
Once all the required information has been entered, you will be logged into your customer account.

The browser will then display your landing page, from which you can easily choose the menu you want to access directly, such as: My orders, My projects, My subscriptions or My account settings.

Clicking on any of these options will redirect you to the corresponding menu in your account.
